Pursuant to New Jersey P.L. 2025, C. 72, the Borough is transitioning the publication of all legal advertisements and public notices from newspaper to our official website.

 

Beginning March 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices will be publicly accessible on the Borough website free of charge. Notices will be available on the public notice page for at least one week from the date of the initial posting and thereafter will be maintained in a public notice archive for at least one year after the notice is removed from the public notice page.

 

In addition, the New Jersey Secretary of State has established a Legal Notice hyperlink: www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml to provide members of the publicwith hyperlinks to the Official Internet Legal Notices webpage of every municipality in the state.
