Introduced the 2026 Municipal Budget with an average decrease of $51 per year for residents

Northvale Borough portion of overall property tax bill is 28.49% with the remaining components being Northvale Local and Northern Valley Regional Schools at 59.79%, Bergen County at 10.17% and the Municipal Library at 1.55%. Residents will see an average decrease of $125 per year on their total tax bill.
